Johnson School at Cornell University - designed the internet presence for their alumni clubs. Standardized the web site into an easy to use web site template and User's Guide targeted at volunteer web masters. The project significantly increased alumni participation in their local clubs.

Cheeky Tea, Inc. - identified new opportunities for a small business with limited capital or human resource investments. Developed a new sales and marketing channel by implementing an online store with over three times the number of products as their existing printed catalog. Completed the project from concept through implementation in six weeks.

Kallman Worldwide - helped to position this companies offerings so they were most appealing to their largest customer set.  The restructures some offerings as a result of the positioning work.  Then we developed sales and related training materials for their sales force.  These messages were then added to their web site to make it a more effective sales tool.

Matisse Chocolatier - worked with the client to provide an enhanced web site and shopping capabilities based on the design provided by their advertising agency. Personalized the shopping cart application so that it was integrated with the rest of the web site to provide a positive user experience.
